Please note that the reassessment fee will be charged if:

A patient would like to start receiving treatment for a completely different issue than was initially assessed at the clinic

It’s been over 1 year since a patient’s last visit to the clinic and they would like to begin receiving treatment again for the same issue as previously assessed

Please note that fees will be billed on the same day the service was provided.

Methods of payment accepted include: Visa, Mastercard, Debit and Cash

A note on cancellation with less than 24hrs notice: The patient will receive 3 strikes but will be charged the full amount of the visit on the 4th time.

If the patient is late, the original booked time will be what is billed for the visit regardless of what time the patient shows up.
