• Please note that the reassessment fee will be charged if:

1. A patient would like to start receiving treatment for a completely different issue than was initially assessed at the clinic

2. It’s been over 1 year since a patient’s last visit to the clinic and they would like to begin receiving treatment again for the same issue as previously assessed

• Please note that fees will be billed on the same day the service was provided.

• Methods of payment accepted include: Visa, Mastercard, Debit and Cash

• A note on cancellation with less than 24hrs notice: The patient will receive 3 strikes but will be charged the full amount of the visit on the 4th time.

• If the patient is late, the original booked time will be what is billed for the visit regardless of what time the patient shows up.
